Meet the Founder

Hello Radiant Ones!

I'm Robin, and I'm thrilled to welcome you to Shine Yoga Studio. For me, yoga is more than just a series of poses; it's a profound journey of self-discovery, growth, and healing. I have been a student of yoga for over 20 years. After 4 years of knee issues & weight gain, I finally found my way back to my mat. Yoga helped me heal my body and my relationship within myself.

I learned to honor my body and what it was capable of,

rather than judge it for what it couldn't do.

I was so inspired by the change within myself I decided to complete my Yoga Teacher Training to dive deeper into my own practice. I fell deeper in love with yoga and was led to open Shine Yoga Studio.

SHINE is a dream I never knew I had!

I love having a safe, beautiful, welcoming space to share the transformative power of yoga with others.

The name "Shine" was chosen to embody the self-reflection, self-compassion, and deeper relationship within yourself. Whether you're brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, we have created a space where you feel uplifted and empowered to let your inner light SHINE!

Sacred Circles

Sacred circles are gatherings that create a safe and intentional space for individuals to connect, share, and engage in meaningful dialogue. Our circles encourage inclusivity, respect, active listening, and allow participants to express their thoughts and feelings freely. Through the act of forming a circle, participants symbolize equality and the importance of each individual's voice within the group. We offer both a monthly circle for women and a monthly one for men.

Sound Healing

Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses sound frequencies and vibrations to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. By utilizing instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and other healing instruments, sound healing aims to balance the body's energy and enhance relaxation. This holistic approach helps to reduce stress, alleviate pain, and foster a deeper sense of connection to oneself. The healing power of sound vibrations helps the body sink into a deep state of relaxation, often into the Theta and Delta states.  We are proud to offer both private and public sound healing sessions.
